Important: Consolidating pet owner accounts is irreversible. Once merged, profiles and data cannot be separated again. Proceed with caution.
All settings-related actions must be completed on a desktop or laptop using Google Chrome.

Merge Pet Owners

Allows users to merge duplicate or multiple pet owner accounts into one streamlined profile.

Steps:

1. Click on Pet Owners

2. Click on Merge Pet Owner

Identifying Pet Owners to Merge

Steps:

1. Type the name of the first pet owner you want to merge.

2. Type the name of the second pet owner you want to merge.

Reviewing Associated Pets

Step:

• A list of pets linked to both pet owners will be displayed.

Selecting Profile Data to Merge

Steps:

1. Check the box for Pet Owner Credits to carry them into the merged profile.

2. Choose the preferred pet owner’s name, email address, and phone number for the consolidated account.

3. Check the boxes for Appointments, Packages, and Memberships to merge these items as well.

Confirming the Merge

Steps:

1. Click on Merge Pet Owners.

2. Type Confirm to proceed.

3. Click on Yes, Continue to finalize the merge.

Viewing the Merged Profile

Steps:

1. The new profile will display:

   • Pet owner’s name

   • Email address

   • Address

   • Pets

   • Appointments

2. You can also view merged invoices.

3. All memberships, packages, and credits are consolidated under the new profile.
