How to delete a pet owner profile:
On the pet owner profile>select the edit button at the top of the page.
At the bottom of the pop-up there is a delete button. Once deleted there is no way to reactivate this pet owner on your end please contact support at puppylove@runloyal.com for our team to reactivate a pet owner profile for you.
Reactivate a pet owner -
Navigate to the pet profile>at the top you will see a delete button>once selected in the next pop-up type "delete" to confirm your selection. 
Once deleted you can follow these same steps to undelete a pet.
