Overview
You can customize reminder messages for specific services in RunLoyal. Follow the steps below to configure service-based reminder notifications.
Note:
• Use Google Chrome.
• All settings must be updated from a desktop or laptop.
Steps
Navigate to Settings in your RunLoyal Staff Portal.
Click on Business Setup.
Select Pet Owner Notification Preferences.
Click on the “+” next to Custom Service-Based Reminders, then enable the required checkboxes.
Select the service category and the services for which you want to customize reminder messages.
Click Next.
Set the number of days before the booking date when the reminder should be sent.
Click Add if you want to include additional reminder intervals.
Click Next.
Enter the Greeting for the pet owner.
Click on Body and type the reminder message you want to send.
Preview the message using Preview Complete SMS Message.
Click Close to exit the preview.
Repeat steps 10 & 11 for any additional reminder intervals you added.
