How to Help a Pet Owner Reset or Set Up Login Access

If a pet owner is having trouble accessing their account due to email or password issues, the Kennel Owner can manage their access directly from the Pet Owner profile. Follow the steps below:


1. Search for the specific Pet Owner who is experiencing login issues.



2. Open the Pet Owner’s profile and click on Manage Access.




3. You will be presented with two options:


  • Send an email to the Pet Owner to allow them to set up or reset their password, or
  • Set a password directly on their behalf.




4. If you choose to set the password:

  • Enter the new password and confirm it.

  • Click Save.

  • Share the password securely with the Pet Owner and ask them to log in using their credentials.
