Accessing Pets and Pet Owner Information

1. Accessing Pet Information

   • Navigate to the pet section in the left-hand sidebar.

   • View all pets in the system and access their owner and pet information.

2. Managing Pet Status

   • Click on the status section to view deleted or deceased pets.

   • To mark a pet as deceased, access the pet owner or pet account, then edit the pet's status.

3. Blocking an Owner

   • Go to the owner's menu and select the edit tab.

   • Archive or delete the pet owner to block them from the system.
