Managing Pet Services and Appointments for New and Existing Pets at Your Facility

Go to your RunLoyal Staff Portal

Note: All settings-related items must be updated on a desktop or laptop.


Adding a New Pet Owner to the Facility

Click "Add Pet Owner" at the top left corner, or go to Pet Owners → Add Pet Owner.

Enter required information:

  • First Name

  • Last Name

  • Email/Phone Number

  • Additional details as needed

Choose one of the following:

  • Add Pet Owner → saves only the owner profile

  • Save and Add Pet → saves owner profile and proceeds to add a pet


Adding a New Pet to the Facility

Select New Pet Option → choose "New Pet (New To The Facility)" in the Add Pet popup.

Displaying Services → If "Display this service for the first pet or first appointment" toggle is ON, only these services will be visible.

Appointment Scheduling → Only services with the toggle ON will appear for new pets.


Adding an Existing Pet to the Facility

Select Existing Pet Option → choose "Existing Pet (Previously Visited The Facility)" in the Add Pet popup.

Displaying Services → If "Display this service for imported pets" toggle is ON, only these services will be visible.

Appointment Scheduling → Only services with the toggle ON will appear for existing pets.


Default Service Display

If neither toggle is ON, the service will display normally for all pets during appointment scheduling.
