How to Setup Commission

To setup commission for your employees you would go to settings>staff management>next to the staff member you want to add the commission in for select the edit button that is at the far right.


Select the tab for "Services, tips, & Commissions">then select the dropdown box for services>select the service categories that they can perform.



You will then see the services that you selected when you scroll down on this screen. Select each of these service categories to see your individual services.



For the column of "Service Commission Type" you can use the toggle for to set the commission structure based on a percentage of the service of a flat dollar amount. Next going to the right you would add the dollar amount. In the example below, I have the commission structure set to 50%

For the column "Tip Type" - typically this is set as a percentage and to 100%. This means that if someone left a tip for John Doe of $30 they would get this whole $30. You would be able see this on the staff commission reports.

You would fill this in for each of the services that they can perform.
