RunLoyal – Sending an Agreement to a Customer

Steps

  • Go to your RunLoyal business portal and open the customer’s profile.

  • In the Agreements section, click on Add Agreement.

  • Select the agreement you would like to send.

  • Choose REQUEST.

  • Click Add. This will take you back to the main screen, where a new Request button will appear next to Add Agreement.

  • Click Request All.

  • Confirm by clicking OK.

  • (Optional) If you send it as an app notification, you can verify it was sent by clicking on Messages at the top of the customer’s profile.

  • The Messages section will display confirmation that it was sent.

    • The client can then go to their Agreements section in the app to sign.

    • If it was emailed, they can simply click the link, which will take them directly to the Agreements section to sign.
