RunLoyal – Sending an Agreement to a Customer
Steps
Go to your RunLoyal business portal and open the customer’s profile.
In the Agreements section, click on Add Agreement.
Select the agreement you would like to send.
Choose REQUEST.
Click Add. This will take you back to the main screen, where a new Request button will appear next to Add Agreement.
Click Request All.
Confirm by clicking OK.
(Optional) If you send it as an app notification, you can verify it was sent by clicking on Messages at the top of the customer’s profile.
The Messages section will display confirmation that it was sent.
The client can then go to their Agreements section in the app to sign.
If it was emailed, they can simply click the link, which will take them directly to the Agreements section to sign.
