Frozen Membership Handling:
When a membership is frozen, it can be unfrozen at any time and continued without interruption. The same membership remains active — a new one is not created unless done manually.
Cancellation of a Frozen Membership:
If a frozen membership is canceled, it will no longer be billed. Once canceled, no further billing will occur even after the unfreeze period ends.
How to Configure Membership Freeze:
To set up the freeze option for memberships:
Navigate to Settings → Membership Services → Membership Pricing.
Under Active Membership, select Monthly Membership.
Toggle “Would you like to set up a freeze fee for your recurring memberships?”
Configure the freeze fee and specify the duration for which the membership should remain frozen.
Unfreezing Membership:
To unfreeze a membership, click the “Membership Frozen” icon.
A pop-up will appear —> toggle “Would you like to unfreeze the membership?”, add any necessary notes, and click Save.
Once saved, the membership will resume, and the pet owner will regain access to all associated services.
