If you require your memberships to be on auto renew you will want to follow these steps.
Under settings>membership services>membership configuration>click on the edit button next to your membership>turn on the toggle for "The recurring membership radio button is set to default to auto-renew in the app & Kiosk" and "Do not show an opt out option at the time of purchase".
This option would need to be turned on per membership.
On the pet owner app when purchasing the membership they will see in red that they are purchasing an auto renew membership.
Please note that if a staff member is purchasing the membership for the pet owner on the portal it will default the membership to auto renew, but they will have the option to not auto renew. The staff will need to make sure they keep the membership on auto renew.
