RunLoyal – Setting Up Membership Services

Note: Use a desktop or laptop with Google Chrome for all setup tasks.


Accessing Membership Setup

  • Go to Settings.

  • Click on Membership Services.

  • Click on Membership Configuration.

  • Click on Add Membership.


Membership Details

  • Enter the Membership Name.

  • Select Membership Type (e.g., recurring, count-based).

  • Select Membership Area Access.

  • If count-based, enter the number of check-ins allowed.


Pet Eligibility

  • Select Pet Type.

  • Enter the minimum pet age.

  • Select Pet Sex (if applicable).

  • Toggle ON if you want to restrict the number of pets per purchase.


Service Mapping

  • Select applicable Service Categories (e.g., Boarding, Daycare).

  • Check all specific services under that category (e.g., Standard Suite, Junior Suite).

  • Click Assign.

  • Assign services with their respective quantities.


Membership Rules

  • Enter the maximum pets per purchase.

  • Enter the maximum pets per check-in.

  • Select Start Date and End Date.

  • Check required vaccines (e.g., Bordetella, Rabies).


Visibility & Access

  • Enable Kiosk Check-in (if required).

  • Enable Show in App & Kiosk.


Finalize

  • Click Add.

  • Your membership has been successfully set up.



Adding a Unit (Membership Area)
When creating or editing a membership, configure which units the pass applies to.
  • Options available:
    • Daily Pass (Weekday)
    • Weekend Pass (Fri–Sun)
 You may select one or both, depending on your business requirements 
4. Configuring Pricing (Membership Pricing)
Set up membership pricing and additional fees:
  • Membership Price ($): Enter the base price for one pet (e.g., $12.95).
  • Tax %: Specify applicable tax (e.g., 8.25%).
  • Activation Fee: Optionally enable an activation fee.
  • Freeze Fee: Configure a freeze fee for recurring memberships, if needed.

5. Business Hours & Availability (Membership Hours)
Define when the membership can be used with the calendar view.
Once memberships are set up, you can sell them to pet parents:
  1. Navigate to Quick Checkout (QC).
  2. Search for a Pet Parent by name.
  3. Select Add Membership.
  4. Choose the correct Membership (e.g., Day Pass).
  5. Click Add to Cart.
  6. Proceed to Payment to complete the purchase.

You can also sell a membership from the pet owner profile by navigating membership section and clicking on Add Membership
